Deposit of half your quoted price is due to reserve your date.
Remaining balance must be paid two weeks before your event.
Delivery is $10.00 for orders under $200.00
Delivery is $25.00 for orders over $200.00

Orders requiring setup, will be assessed a setup fee to be
determined by the requirements and details of your order.
Rush orders over 4 dozen are assessed a $20 rush fee...
(less than 2 weeks)
24 hours before your order is complete, you will receive a
call and a pickup time and place will be arranged……
10.00 late fee will be added if you are over 30 minutes
late for that scheduled time.

after pick up, delivery and/or setup.

Payment is due when order is placed. You will receive a paypal invoice and it needs to be paid within 24 hours.
All designs will take up to one week to complete.
Orders that are needed before the one weeks can be
completed with an assessed $20.00 rush fee.
Please allow 5 extra days if shipping is needed.
Most themes can be accommodated. No envelopes are
provided.
After design is complete, you will receive an email proof.
All changes/additions/deletions need to be sent as a reply
to the proof email (this is your only chance to make
changes). The final proof will then be sent and needs to be
approved within 24 hours by email.
That’s Kreative Events will not be responsible for any
typos after the final proof is approved.

A payment of half of the price quoted is due to
reserve/book your event.
In an effort to give our customers the details and attention
needed, I only book one event per day. Because of this, all
deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance for your event is due two weeks
prior to your event. If payment is not received by the date
stated, your event will be canceled from our books.
There is a $50.00 rental fee assessed to every candy
buffet/sweet table for glass dishes/tableware.
This $50.00
is refundable if all glass/tableware is returned in good
condition. If any damage is found, you will be sent a
picture of the damage and an invoice for the $50.00.
